Temporary stay only; no permanent residence.
Report any damages immediately.
No criminal activity or smoking inside the property.
Property Damages:
Guests are liable for damages up to $1000.
Entry by Owner:
Owner may enter for emergencies, repairs, or if the agreement is breached.
Legal and Arbitration:
Any disputes will be settled through arbitration according to Florida law.
Full refund if canceled 30+ days before check-in.
50% refund if canceled 14-30 days before check-in.
No refund if canceled within 14 days of check-in.
