-Yard: While not fully fenced, you can sit and enjoy the warm weather

You have access to the lower unit and the yard next to it

The neighborhood is quiet and family-friendly. The Neptune Beaches Town Center is a happening place day or night, with the cutest local shops and mouthwatering restaurants. You are sure to find breakfast, lunch, or dinner options that suit your taste!
The best is to have a car. There are bicycle rental spots if you decide you’d like to make this your primary mode of transportation during your stay.

Short-Term Rental Agreement Summary
Reservations:
A 50% reservation deposit is required within 24 hours of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before check-in.
Guest Responsibilities:
Follow the maximum occupancy limit.
Respect neighbors and maintain quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM.
Temporary stay only; no permanent residence.
Report any damages immediately.
No criminal activity or smoking inside the property.
Property Damages:
Guests are liable for damages up to $1000.
Entry by Owner:
Owner may enter for emergencies, repairs, or if the agreement is breached.
Legal and Arbitration:
Any disputes will be settled through arbitration according to Florida law.
