This space is equipped with two queen beds and has a pack-and-play, perfect for a family stay. With a comfortable living space and equipped kitchen, it is perfect for nights in and countless vacation memories.

The kitchen, living room, and dining room are all on the 1st level.

Kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and many more.

Dining room has seating for 4 plus an outdoor table and chairs.

Living room has smart TV, with streaming apps for you to log in.

There is a sliding glass door that provides access to the 2nd level patio.

The 2 bedrooms are upstairs and equipped with queen memory foam mattresses, luxury linens and towels, sounds machines. One of the bedrooms has a tv.

The half bathroom is on the first level and the main bathroom is on 2nd level.

This is an amazing area of Jacksonville Beach where you will find many restaurants, cafes, and shopping areas within walking distance. The property is less than 5 blocks from the beach so that is the best feature. We love having the option of walking to local eats or hitting up established healthy chains. Whole Foods and several local restaurants are within 5 minutes of the unit. The Neptune Beach Towne Center is less than 10 min drive and with its own set of food, shopping, and nightlife.

Short-Term Rental Agreement Summary
Reservations:
A 50% reservation deposit is required within 24 hours of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before check-in.
Guest Responsibilities:
Follow the maximum occupancy limit.
Respect neighbors and maintain quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM.
Temporary stay only; no permanent residence.
Report any damages immediately.
No criminal activity or smoking inside the property.
Property Damages:
Guests are liable for damages up to $1000.
Entry by Owner:
Owner may enter for emergencies, repairs, or if the agreement is breached.
Legal and Arbitration:
Any disputes will be settled through arbitration according to Florida law.
