Escape it all for an easy getaway and stay at our clean, private, cozy home just a few steps from lovely Jax Beach — a half block away. Easy walk to restaurants, cafes, shops. Fast xfinity wifi, smart TV, beach towels, outdoor sitting area with a grill. Bike, kayak, SUP, and scooter rentals across the street at hotels.
This residence is on the 1st and 2nd floors and is 1 of 4 units in the building.
Private entrance on the ground floor. This unit has a letter “D” right next to the door.
All beds are queen size.
We live nearby and are available for any help you may need but expect that everything will be seamless.
North Jax Beach is a lively area. Beach cruisers (beach bikes), surfers, runners, and beachgoers alike enjoy this area year-round. Extremely close proximity to restaurants, cafes, and shops – all fully open with safety precautions during COVID.

Owner may enter for emergencies, repairs, or if the agreement is breached.

Any disputes will be settled through arbitration according to Florida law.
